"Customer service is hard to reach"
I tried getting in touch with them a few times and barely got any response. When they finally did reply, it was way too late to be useful and didn’t really help much. I’m not expecting instant answers, but you’d think basic customer support would at least get back to people in a reasonable time.

"Felt like a bait and switch"
I felt kind of tricked by this purchase. The photos and price made it seem like I was getting something nicer, but once the shades arrived, they felt cheap. They look okay from a distance, but the quality just doesn’t match what I paid. Definitely not something I’d buy again, especially when there are better options out there for less.

I was looking for sunglasses. The site felt cheap. Messy too. The colors didn’t really work, and the product pages looked cramped. Some photos made it hard to see the frames. Maybe the glasses are okay, but I didn’t feel confident ordering

"Really not happy with the lens clarity"
I got my sunglasses from shadesclub.com and, the lenses just weren’t clear at all. Everything looked a bit blurry and not really sharp, especially when I wore them outside in bright light. I tried cleaning them a few times, but it really didn’t make much of a difference. For the price, I expected a lot better. Really disappointed and I don’t think I’d order from them again

"Promo codes were a letdown"
A friend recommended the site to me, so I figured I’d check it out, especially when the pop-up was offering 20% off. But once I got to checkout, the code kept saying it wasn’t valid. I even tried the code from the email too, and it still wouldn’t work with no real explanation.
It felt like the promos were just there to get me browsing and adding stuff to my cart. I ended up wasting time and leaving without buying anything, which was frustrating.

The sunglasses themselves might be fine, but the packaging was a miss for me. The box came all crushed because it felt flimsy, which was disappointing to open.

I ordered this two weeks ago and I’m still waiting, which is frustrating. I get that shipping delays happen, but being forced to just sit around and be patient with no real update is not it. Definitely not a great experience so far.

"Honestly, it was frustrating to use"
I tried using shadesclub.com and, it was kind of annoying. The menus felt messy, and I had to click around way too much just to find basic stuff. Some pages were loading slowly for me too, which made the whole thing feel even more frustrating.
The checkout also wasn’t super clear, and I kept thinking, like, did I miss a step or something? Maybe it works better on desktop, but on my phone it felt clunky. I ended up giving up before placing an order.

"Return process was way more hassle than it should’ve been"
I tried to exchange a pair I ordered from shadesclub.com, and the whole thing turned into a headache. Replies were slow, and after waiting around, they ended up saying my order didn’t qualify anyway. Compared to other places I’ve bought sunglasses from, this felt way more complicated than it needed to be. felt like I was getting the runaround, so I won’t be ordering from them again...

There just wasn’t much to choose from when I visited, and I couldn’t really find anything that fit my taste. To be fair, the items they did have might work for someone else, but for me the selection felt limited.

"Fit was off and honestly not worth it"
I ordered a pair from shadesclub.com, and right away the fit felt weird. They were sitting a little crooked on my face, which was annoying, and somehow they still kept sliding down even when I was just sitting there not doing anything. I thought maybe I just needed to adjust them, but nope, same problem.
Then after about 20 minutes, the arms started pressing behind my ears, and that got uncomfortable fast. Also, for something I was hoping to wear regularly, they just didn’t feel worth the hassle. The look was okay, I guess, but the fit ruined it for me. I wouldn’t order from them again

I ended up waiting way longer than expected and had to keep chasing them just to get basic info. Not ordering again, it was way too much hassle for something that should’ve been simple

"Still waiting on my refund"
I returned my order to shadesclub.com and getting the refund sorted has been such a hassle. They told me it would be processed, but every time I ask about it, the replies are vague and don’t give me an actual date. Maybe I’m reading into the tone of their messages, but it feels like they’re just brushing me off. It’s taken way longer than I expected, and I’m tired of having to chase a company for my own money. I wouldn’t order from them again.
